Apartment Fee Guide

Below, we've outlined the fees you may see as a current or future resident. Our goal is to make planning easy so you can feel confident and informed throughout your apartment search and residency.

  • Minimum Income
    2 times the monthly rent

    $500 approved/$1000 conditional/1 month’s rent

  • Utility: Electric and Water
    Based on Usage Per Unit (required)

  • Late Fee
    10% of lease rent

    Lock Out
    $50 (after business hours)

    Bulk Trash

    Rekey Fee
    $75

    Key Fob Replacement
    $75

    Early Termination
    Fee equal to 2 month’s rent due prior to move out date plus all concessions must be paid back.
    **60-day notice is required.

    2 pets allowed per home, no weight and breed restrictions apply

    Monthly Pet Rent
    $45per pet/month

    Non-Refundable Pet Deposit
    $200 per pet
